Jean Banks

The school's president and owner, Ms. Jean Banks has over 20 years of business and administrative experience, and is a licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Manicurist, and Instructor in Washington and Oregon. She is a member of the National Cosmetology Association and Washington School Owners Association.

As President and C.E.O. of University Beauty College, Inc. dba Vancouver School of Beauty, Ms. Banks heads the corporation that runs the school, and guides it with her vast knowledge and experience in business administration, retail marketing, and sales.

Ms. Banks is a licensed instructor/operator in Washington for Cosmetology, Barber, Manicure, and Esthetics as well as a licensed operator in Oregon for Hairdesign, Esthetician, and Manicurist.

Among her responsibilities are inventory and books, student kits and working supplies, recruiting, enrollments, staffing, counseling, and guidance to both staff and students. She continues the tradition of expanding on the experience of teaching new cosmetology trends.
