Diploma
Upon completion of any program offered here, a diploma is issued stating the course(s)
of barbering, cosmetology, manicuring, barbering or instructor trainee the student has
completed. We do not, however, guarantee the successful completion of and passing of the
National Interstate Cosmetology examinations.
In order to receive a diploma and graduate, a student must maintain at least an 80% course grade.
The student must complete the minimum required clock hours, perform the minimum practical services
listed in the monthly worksheet, and earn extra units. A grade of 80% will be earned only after
unit requirements are fulfilled.
Any additional units earned above clock-hour requirements may be recognized in some manner, at the
discretion of the school. For more information about earning units and a diploma, see your instructor,
the academic coordinator, or the academic director.
