Student Records. Vancouver School of Beauty keeps all student records confidential. These records are kept under lock-and-key in the Administration office and are accessible only to the administrative staff. Other persons desiring access to these records must first have written release on a previously signed waiver from the student. The student shall have access to his/her files at all times upon written request and under the direct supervision of a school official.
